We are in a strategic location, to say the least! Forget the car in the car park and reach all the places of interest on foot. We are located right at the beginning of the main avenue of Lido degli Estensi, on the border with Lido di Spina. Behind us you will find the sea, which is about 400/500 metres from the hotel.

We have ample free private parking for all our guests. However, there is no guarantee that it will be there when you arrive, especially on busy days. As there is no charge, it is not possible to reserve a space.

For the time being, there is no paid parking in the vicinity 😉 You can park comfortably and free of charge near the hotel, especially in the nearby market street, but beware ... Saturday is market day and cars are removed!!!!

Of course! We have a lift because the building has five floors and we don't want to make you work!!!!
CAUTION though ... there are some steps to reach the lift.

Certainly ... The pool also has a whirlpool corner and is heated!
In the summer months there is a bar to enjoy fabulous cocktails without leaving the water! We also have towels available for our guests. Attention However: the supplied towels may only be used in the pool and may not be used on the beach.

Certainly, but with certain limitations. During the busiest periods, it is very important for us to manage the number of four-legged friends to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay. We prefer to accept small dogs, but if you have a well-behaved big dog, we will be happy to accommodate it.
(The Management reserves the right to apply a possible surcharge for special cleaning on departure to ensure maximum hygiene and to cater for those with allergies. For any damage caused to property or persons, the responsibilitỳ shall lie with the owner.).

It is forbidden to let animals on the beds, in which case you are asked to bring a blanket or something else to protect the hotel linen and upholstery. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. You may, however, have breakfast with your four-legged friend without having to leave him in your room, sitting at our bar or outside in our garden (during the summer season). Again for hygiene reasons, your four-legged friends cannot then access the area immediately adjacent to the swimming pool; they can only access the outside area if you have a towel for them to rest on.

For any damage to property or persons, the responsibility lies with the owner. The number of four-legged guests is limited to ensure a peaceful stay for all.

Always write to us a few days in advance with your arrival time, so we can organise to best accommodate your family! You can make check-in from 2 p.m.

If you arrive early, and the room is available, we will be happy to give you the room key! Otherwise you can leave your luggage in our luggage room and we will do our best to have everything ready for you when you arrive!

The checkout is envisaged by 11 a.m.. However, you will be able to enjoy all our services throughout the day.

If possible, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.

Payment for your stay is made upon arrival, but you can also pay earlier!
We accept all credit cards except Diners

The extra costs can be paid directly upon arrival and are as follows:
STAY TAX: € 1.10 per person per night, for a maximum of 14 nights. Free for children up to 11 years old
LATE CHECK-OUT: from € 50 (without change of towels)

If you book from one of our email offers you will find the cancellation policy indicated.

In case of early departure and/or cancellation of a part of the reservation after check-in we will ask you to pay the total amount of the reservation.

In each of our rooms you will find a private bathroom with hairdryer, LCD TV, safe, minibar, WI-FI connection and balcony.

Wifi is always available in the rooms, as well as in all other areas of the hotel.

Never smoke in rooms, the smell of smoke remains in your curtains, clothes and air conditioning filters. If you just can't help yourself, you can smoke on the balcony!

Of course! For a carefree stay, remember to lock the door tightly when you leave and put your valuables in the safe.

Comacchio is not only sea......just ask at reception for information on tours and excursions. There are all kinds, so we can meet the needs of all our guests. Obviously you can also request all the information before your arrival, to better organise your stay!

There is no restaurant in the hotel. For this reason we have a number of agreements with restaurants in the area. You can choose where to go according to what you prefer.
