Do you do half or full board?

….we used to, but not anymore! We have decided to focus on breakfast – the most important meal of the day. Start as you mean to continue, with our incredible breakfast which will set you up for an amazing day!

But we do more than just B&B – throughout the summer,  we offer a brunch service for those who just want to laze by the pool all day, (generally June to August). Served by the side of the pool (on request, ideally in the morning), it consists of a daily menu of cold dishes; salads; cold rice salads; several first and main courses; and desserts…we’ll sort you out if you’re feeling a bit peckish ;-

How close is the hotel to the main road? Can I get there on foot? To say we’re well located is an understatement! Leave your car in our car park and walk to all the main points of interest. We’re right at the beginning of the main road in Lido Degli Estensi with the sea just behind us, around 400-500m away from the hotel.  

Do you have private parking? Can I reserve a space?

We have a large car park which is free and for the exclusive use of our guests. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will find a place, especially during busier days. As the car park is free, we cannot reserve spaces.

Where can I park the car if there are no spaces left?

At present, there are no car parks that charge in the area 😉 You can park easily and free of charge close to the hotel, particularly in the nearby Via del Mercato but be careful…Saturday is market day and cars will be removed!!!!

Is there a lift to get to the rooms?

Of course! We have a lift because the facility is on 5 floors and we don’t want you to struggle!!!!
BUT… be aware that there are a few steps before you get to the lift.

Is air conditioning included in the price?

It certainly is! (Not always the case in the local area!)

Do you have a swimming pool?

Absolutely…our pool has a hydromassage area and a bar where you can enjoy fabulous cocktails without getting out of the water! We’ve also got towels available for our guests ;-

Do you have kids entertainment?

We don’t, but if needed you can use the “MINIclub” service at the Tropicana Family Residence for free, which is located just 600-700m from us.

Do you allow dogs?

Absolutely, but with a few conditions. During peak times, we find it’s important to limit the number of our canine friends so that all our guests can enjoy their break. Our preference is for smaller dogs, but if you have a larger dog that is well-behaved, we’ll be happy to accommodate them.
(Management reserves the right to apply a surcharge to cover any special cleaning required on departure. This guarantees we maintain high levels of hygiene, taking into account those who suffer from allergies. Responsibility lies with the animal’s owner in the event of any harm to property or persons)

It is forbidden to allow dogs on beds. Guests are asked to bring with them a cover that can protect the hotel’s linen and upholstery in this event.

For any harm to property or persons, responsibility lies with the animal’s owner. To provide all our guests with the very best experience, we place a limit on the number of dogs at the hotel.


What time is check-in?

Contact us a few days before your arrival, and we’ll make sure we’re ready to welcome your family! You can check in from 12pm


Can you check in before 12pm?

If you get here early and the room is available, we’ll be happy to give you the keys! Otherwise, you can leave your luggage with us in our safe deposit, and we’ll do all we can to get everything ready for you!


What time is check-out?

You can check out any time before 11am, and not after. However, you can continue to use our facilities until the evening!


Can you check out after 11am?

Where possible, you can agree on a later check-out time if you ask when you arrive.


What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for your stay is made on arrival or, if you prefer, in advance!
We accept all credit cards, except Diners


Are there any extras to pay?

The following extra costs can be payed directly on your arrival:
TOURIST TAX: €0.70 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 nights. Not applicable for children under 12 years
LATE CHECK-OUT: from €30 (with no bathroom laundry change)


What are your cancellation policies on bookings?

When booking from our site, you’ll find the cancellation policy at the end of the deal.
When booking from an email deal, the cancellation policy will be stated on the email.


What happens if I need to leave early?

In case of an early departure or cancellation of part of the booking after check-in, we ask you to pay for the total booking.


What features do the rooms have?

In each of our rooms, you’ll find an LCD TV, telephone, safe, minibar and WiFi


Do the rooms have internet connection?

You’ll always get a fast WiFi connection in our rooms and throughout the hotel!


Is smoking permitted in the rooms?

Please never smoke in our rooms as the smoke gets on the curtains, clothes and in the air conditioning filters. If you really have to, you can smoke on the balcony!


Do the rooms have a safe?

Absolutely! For a worry-free stay, remember to lock your door when you go out and leave any valuables in the safe.


Can I get museum tickets?

Of course, and we strongly encourage it!!!
There’s more than just the sea in Comacchio…there’s a whole host of other things to explore! On arrival, just ask at reception about tours and excursions for families giving you the chance to get to know Comacchio and its wetlands, or the wonderful Po Delta. Obviously please also feel free to ask for information before you arrive so you can get organised in advance!


What restaurants would you recommend?

Try traditional local dishes (or other cuisines) at our partner restaurants. These give you and your family discounted prices and special treatment, and include several located in seaside resorts. See the list of restaurants we have deals with!!!!


And the beach?

We also have agreements with bathing establishments. Most of these also offer restaurant service


When is the Reception open?

Our Reception is open from 7am to 1am during winter, and 7am to 2.30am from June to August. If you need anything outside those hours, we always have an emergency number available for guests – we’re always here if you need us!
