All you need do is immerse yourself, get comfortable and let the hydromassaging areas and the neck-massaging jet get to work. You’ll find yourself steeped in a sensation of pure wellbeing,
heightened by the water temperature (between 34 and 37 degrees depending on the season).
The dry, intense heat invades your body, causing fast, deep sweating. This gets rid of all excess fluid, disposing of metabolic waste and strengthening your immune defence.
The sauna also has an antibacterial function, helping you to combat seasonal bugs.
With lower temperatures than the Finnish sauna, the Turkish bath lends itself to longer sessions – and you’ll find it does wonders for the respiratory system…and for your mind!
Pleasant aromatic essences in the steam help in the prevention of respiratory infections.
Lie back, relax, but most importantly reflect at full lungs the healthy air of our salt room. Here you will find an entire wall of Cervia salt tiles, ergonomic loungers lying on a salt floor and water-heated beds … everything becomes even more relaxing if accompanied by a good tisane!
